Shimpo CRXB Series is devised to improve efficiency, quality, and cost performance. It can support a wide range of tightening between 0.5 and 10.00N.m, depend on the containers, cap shape, and materials. Various data can be set, such as the final tightening torque, upper/lower limits, and tightening speed. Shimpo CRXB Series can display the tightening torque digitally, and perform the upper/lower limit judgments using the control BOX. This machine also uses the compact planetary gear type torque sensor with high accuracy. When capping finishes, the driver unit rises, and the machine automatically stops.
