KINKELDER TCT CX 4

Previously known as Connexxioncut series, Kinkelder TCT CX 4  is optimized for most common austenitic steel tube such as SAE 304 stainless steel, which also called 18/8 or A2 stainless steel containing 18-20% chromium and 8-10% nickel of which are robust material commonly used in many steel fabrication.

Kinkelder CX 4 saw blades are carbide tipped and PVD coated. With their agressive tooth geometry perfect surface finish and burr-free tube ends can be achieved.

Advantages:

• About 3 times faster than cutting with regular HSS
• Long blade life made less change on higher queue.

Applications:

Yakin Maju Sentosa recommend Kinkelder TCT CX 4 applications for single and twin cut off machines with small or no ID-scarf designed for TCT cuttings from  Rattunde, Bewo, RSA, Sinico. Kinkelder TCT CX 4 features:

• Cutting speeds between 80-140 m/min
• Maximum cutting speed = 300 m/min
• Feed rates: 0,06-0,12 mm/tooth.
