Sisma SWB Laser Welding works by utilizing a welding technique used to join multiple pieces of metal through the use of a laser. It is based on keyhole mode welding or Penetration mode welding.
Sisma SWB Laser Welding allows you to have a versatile process which capable of welding carbon steels, HSLA steels, stainless steel, aluminum, and titanium. The weld quality is high, similar to that of electron beam welding. The speed of welding is proportional to the amount of power supplied but also depends on the type and thickness of the workpieces. Sisma's SWB Laser Welding is particularly dominant in the automotive, aeronutics and tool making industry.
Sisma SWB Laser Welding is a I Class working unit. Sisma “SWB” is equipped with a moving system along joystick controlled axis X, Y, Z and control panel. The machine is available in two versions: I Class closed version “SWB” AND IV Class open version “SWD” suitable for welding over size parts.
